United Bankers complies in its’ communications and in disclosing the information the European Union’s and Finland’s regulation, the rules of Helsinki Stock Exchange, European Securities Market Association’s (ESMA) articles as well as Financial Supervisory Authority’s articles and guidelines, Corporate Governance Code and the internal policies and guidelines of the company.
