We are a national investment service company employing around 80 experienced professionals. Client assets invested through us amount to about 3 billion euros. The Financial Supervisory Authority has authorised Suomen Pankkiiriliike to provide investment services.
Suomen Pankkiiriliike has four subsidiaries, SP Kapitaali Oy, SP Life Oy, SP Meklarit Oy and Joutsen Rahoitus Oy. SP Kapitaali focuses on arranging issues and tailoring products, while SP Life concentrates on insurance agent operations, SP Meklarit on insurance brokerage and Joutsen Rahoitus is a market place for corporate loans (www.joutsenrahoitus.fi).
We cooperate with various asset managers, banks, insurance companies and fund management companies, in other words we operate according to the principle of open architecture. With a wide network of partners across Finland and a large number of foreign partners, we can guarantee the best investment solutions for our clients.

Management of Suomen Pankkiiriliike
A Managing Director appointed by the Board steers and manages the operations of Suomen Pankkiiriliike. The company’s Managing Director also acts as Chair of the steering group. The steering groups consists of the directors of the company’s business areas and other members appointed by the Managing Director.
